The solutions that Wave provides is based upon the Wave Approach.

The Wave Approach is scaled and tailored to the specific needs of the client and the project, balancing the competing aspects of rigid project management with the flexibility and dynamics involved in designing and delivering business solutions.

Experience shows that strict methodologies do not lend themselves well to the area of information management as the end goal is not always clear or can be prescribed with full detail at the beginning.  In fact the goal and time line may change as the project progresses due to organizational dynamics. These initiatives by virtue of the business dynamics lend themselves to iterative development involving key stakeholders.
